44 COMMONS is a 17,000sf mixed-use project in the retail core of the Linden Hills neighborhood of South Minneapolis. Built using a structure of dowel-laminated timber (DLT) decking and a timber frame, it is the first modern DLT project to be completed in the Twin Cities and the first mass-timber building to be designed by a local firm.
